All requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are subject to available resources.<\/p><p data-start=\"639\" data-end=\"698\">Meeting eligibility criteria does not guarantee assistance.<\/p><hr data-start=\"700\" data-end=\"703\" \/><h3 data-start=\"705\" data-end=\"723\">Who Is Eligible<\/h3><p data-start=\"725\" data-end=\"780\">Applicants must meet <strong data-start=\"746\" data-end=\"753\">all<\/strong> of the following criteria:<\/p><ul data-start=\"782\" data-end=\"1094\"><li data-start=\"782\" data-end=\"855\"><p data-start=\"784\" data-end=\"855\">Be an individual or household experiencing financial or life hardship<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"856\" data-end=\"911\"><p data-start=\"858\" data-end=\"911\">Be part of the Tajik community in the United States<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"912\" data-end=\"987\"><p data-start=\"914\" data-end=\"987\">Be currently located in the United States (temporary or permanent stay)<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"988\" data-end=\"1037\"><p data-start=\"990\" data-end=\"1037\">Be facing a temporary and verifiable hardship<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1038\" data-end=\"1094\"><p data-start=\"1040\" data-end=\"1094\">Demonstrate a genuine need for short-term assistance<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"1096\" data-end=\"1214\">Priority consideration may be given to families with children and to applicants facing urgent or emergency situations.<\/p><hr data-start=\"1216\" data-end=\"1219\" \/><h3 data-start=\"1221\" data-end=\"1269\">Funding Availability &amp; Fundraising Notice<\/h3><p data-start=\"1271\" data-end=\"1415\">Oston Charity Foundation operates through charitable donations. In some cases, <strong data-start=\"1350\" data-end=\"1392\">funds may not be immediately available<\/strong> to provide assistance.<\/p><p data-start=\"1417\" data-end=\"1601\">If sufficient funds are not available at the time of review, the Foundation <strong data-start=\"1493\" data-end=\"1532\">may initiate a fundraising campaign<\/strong> on behalf of the applicant, subject to internal review and approval.<\/p><p data-start=\"1603\" data-end=\"1615\">Please note:<\/p><ul data-start=\"1616\" data-end=\"1834\"><li data-start=\"1616\" data-end=\"1680\"><p data-start=\"1618\" data-end=\"1680\">Fundraising does <strong data-start=\"1635\" data-end=\"1652\">not guarantee<\/strong> that funds will be raised<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1681\" data-end=\"1754\"><p data-start=\"1683\" data-end=\"1754\">The timing and outcome of fundraising efforts depend on donor support<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1755\" data-end=\"1834\"><p data-start=\"1757\" data-end=\"1834\">Assistance can only be provided if sufficient funds are successfully raised<\/p><\/li><\/ul><hr data-start=\"1836\" data-end=\"1839\" \/><h3 data-start=\"1841\" data-end=\"1874\">Types of Assistance Considered<\/h3><p data-start=\"1876\" data-end=\"1922\">Assistance may include, but is not limited to:<\/p><ul data-start=\"1924\" data-end=\"2051\"><li data-start=\"1924\" data-end=\"1969\"><p data-start=\"1926\" data-end=\"1969\">Emergency support for critical situations<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1970\" data-end=\"2004\"><p data-start=\"1972\" data-end=\"2004\">Temporary financial assistance<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2005\" data-end=\"2051\"><p data-start=\"2007\" data-end=\"2051\">Essential basic needs support (case-based)<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"2053\" data-end=\"2137\">Oston Charity Foundation does not provide long-term or ongoing financial assistance.<\/p><hr data-start=\"2139\" data-end=\"2142\" \/><h3 data-start=\"2144\" data-end=\"2183\">Required Information &amp; Documentation<\/h3><p data-start=\"2185\" data-end=\"2265\">To evaluate requests fairly and responsibly, applicants may be asked to provide:<\/p><ul data-start=\"2267\" data-end=\"2514\"><li data-start=\"2267\" data-end=\"2323\"><p data-start=\"2269\" data-end=\"2323\">Valid government-issued identification (any country)<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2324\" data-end=\"2374\"><p data-start=\"2326\" data-end=\"2374\">Proof of current location in the United States<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2375\" data-end=\"2419\"><p data-start=\"2377\" data-end=\"2419\">Description of the hardship or emergency<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2420\" data-end=\"2514\"><p data-start=\"2422\" data-end=\"2514\">Supporting documents when available (medical bills, notices, letters, or similar evidence)<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"2516\" data-end=\"2650\">In certain situations, particularly emergencies, assistance may be considered even if full documentation is not immediately available.<\/p><hr data-start=\"2652\" data-end=\"2655\" \/><h3 data-start=\"2657\" data-end=\"2680\">Important Conditions<\/h3><ul data-start=\"2682\" data-end=\"3079\"><li data-start=\"2682\" data-end=\"2746\"><p data-start=\"2684\" data-end=\"2746\">Assistance is provided on a <strong data-start=\"2712\" data-end=\"2744\">one-time or short-term basis<\/strong><\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2747\" data-end=\"2822\"><p data-start=\"2749\" data-end=\"2822\">Submission of an application does <strong data-start=\"2783\" data-end=\"2790\">not<\/strong> guarantee approval or funding<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2823\" data-end=\"2896\"><p data-start=\"2825\" data-end=\"2896\">Fundraising efforts may be required before assistance can be provided<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2897\" data-end=\"2955\"><p data-start=\"2899\" data-end=\"2955\">All information provided must be accurate and truthful<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2956\" data-end=\"3022\"><p data-start=\"2958\" data-end=\"3022\">Providing false or misleading information may result in denial<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"3023\" data-end=\"3079\"><p data-start=\"3025\" data-end=\"3079\">Decisions made by Oston Charity Foundation are final<\/p><\/li><\/ul><hr data-start=\"3081\" data-end=\"3084\" \/><h3 data-start=\"3086\" data-end=\"3104\">Confidentiality<\/h3><p data-start=\"3106\" data-end=\"3272\">All applications and personal information are handled with strict confidentiality and are used solely for the purpose of reviewing and processing assistance requests.<\/p><hr data-start=\"3274\" data-end=\"3277\" \/><h3 data-start=\"3279\" data-end=\"3295\">When to Apply<\/h3><p data-start=\"3297\" data-end=\"3441\">If you are experiencing a temporary hardship and believe you meet the eligibility criteria, you may submit a request for assistance at any time.<\/p><p data-start=\"3443\" data-end=\"3635\">If you are in immediate or life-threatening danger, please contact <strong data-start=\"3510\" data-end=\"3545\">911 or local emergency services<\/strong>.
